Refund policy
We hope you absolutely love your piece.
But if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on ready-to-wear items within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Custom-made and personalized items, including engraved pieces, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly note that sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
To begin a return or exchange, simply email us at info@itorookon.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll begin the process.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s eligible for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a little longer to reflect in your account.
