Custom made items cannot be refunded.
Only regular priced ready-to-wear items may be refunded. You can exchange item with something else if we receive the jewelry unworn, re-sellable and in its original condition.
Our policy last 24 hours after delivery of items.
Earrings cannot be refunded/ exchanged because of hygiene reasons.
Sale Items: Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
Repairs: Repairs are free for the first 3 months after purchase.
