Return and Exchange 

Your happiness and satisfaction is our priority.

We will exchange your item with something else if we receive the jewelry unworn, re-sellable and in its original condition. Our policy lasts 24 hours after delivery of items.

Earrings cannot be refunded/exchanged because of hygiene reasons.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@itorookon.com
